Who we are

JayLee Roofing is a roofing business based in Ferndown, Dorset, run by its owner as a sole trader. You can contact us on 07403 067995 or at jayleeroofing@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form on this website we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the town or postcode of the job, the type of work and anything you tell us about it.

Why we collect it and how we use it

We use these details for one purpose: to get back to you about your roof, arrange a look at the job and provide a quote. This is on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not add you to any marketing list and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Where it goes

The form is handled by our website provider, Ryan Does Marketing, who deliver the enquiry to us by email and hold a copy in a secure database so nothing gets lost. They act on our instructions and do not use your details for anything else.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for our normal business records after that. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will remove it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To do any of these, email jayleeroofing@gmail.com. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. It may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits so we can see how the site is used. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google's servers.

The site links to our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages and to our review pages on Yell and Google. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
